À toi, Zagat:

Réservation tu feras, à la porte sinon resteras

Patiemment tu attendras, le maître d’hôtel te placera

Gracieux tu resteras, à tous tu souriras

Si le premier tu te pointes, tu attendras sans te plaindre

Galanterie tu respecteras, devant les dames tu t’effaceras

Les serveurs tu comprendras qu’à tes ordres ils ne sont pas

Si c’est un autre qui payera, la gloutonnerie tu éviteras.

Founded in 2007, I have taught the rudiments of good manners, respect and etiquette to more than 150 kids, teenagers and adults. The programme is an expression of what is needed today: children and teenagers alike are eager to behave gracefully in today’s Society. Kids want to be “in the know”. Being able to learn the codes that regulate social behaviour is of the utmost importance. Furthermore, our reality is evolving at a fast pace and newcomers to Canada are bringing a new dynamic to social interactions, multiculturalism bring for many the new biculturalism of the 60s. It is important for us to bridge the gap of ignorance. Westmount School of Etiquette and good manners guides canadians and newcomers alike in applying our unique canadian Etiquette, in their daily life. With the occasional help of special guests (diplomats, image consultant and class assistant), the class is given in English and French covering an array of subject based on one’s interests:
